Great Clips

I got a haircut by Keshia Saturday afternoon; she did a great job. She did what I asked, and also asked me follow up questions about what I was looking for so that she did it correctly. I also was able to witness the other stylists at work and they all did amazing jobs. All the ladies seem very well equipped to handle haircuts exceptionally and all were very kind and welcoming. I would give my business to any of these lovely ladies.

So thankful for rhe sweet friendly service at the Great Clips on Hwy 96 ! Miss Raja did a great job on my hair and continually checked in with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Miss Raja and Miss Keshia were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I wish all the Great Clips were this friendly (take notes Russell Pkwy).

Disappointing Experience – Not Just the Haircut, but the Attitude I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. Me and my son went in expecting a simple haircut, but what we got was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the attitude from the stylists were cold and dismissive. Throughout the cut, the stylist barely spoke to us and when they did, it was curt and borderline rude. We tried to explain what we were looking for, but we were cut off mid-sentence and told, “we know what we’re doing. And this is only professional people can do.” That kind of arrogance doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. The haircut itself? Rushed, uneven, and not even close to what I asked for.literally her hand was shaking when she cutting. But honestly, what ruined the experience more than the bad cut was the attitude. There was zero professionalism, no courtesy, and definitely no sense of care or customer service. We walked out feeling like we had just paid to be treated with disrespect.

My son and husband have been going into this location for several years. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Keshia has been cutting our son's hair regularly for the last several months and he loves seeing her. She engages him in conversation and always makes sure his cut is what he wants. She even volunteers once a month at his school to provide free haircuts out of the kindness of her heart! She has patience with our loved ones with special needs! Blessed to have crossed paths with her! Thank you Ms. Keshia!

The salon has a very stylish decor. I signed in online. I may have waited 7 mins. Ms. Keisha was referred to me, I throughly enjoyed our conversation. She was gentle and a great conversationalist. She was patient in helping me to understand what style I wanted. I highly recommend Ms. Keisha.

Our 7 yr old grandson had his hair dyed for a book character day at school and the "semi" permanent dye was a bit more permanent that we thought it would be. We took him in today for a good trim to get as much blue cut out without giving him a military crew cut. Ashlyn was so nice, listened to what he wanted and gave him the best cut he has ever had! We will definitely be back! — A+

My 3 year old has NEVER had a successful hair cut. Kicking, screaming, sweat & tears. When I tell you Ms. Keshia worked WITH my son and was so patient and kind. I’m so happy, THANK YOU KESHIA!!

I went in for a haircut and let me just say, I really don’t expect too much regarding my hair because I am loosing it, but I hate adding in products to make it appear thicker and fuller because I always end up with it looking like I am going bald and am desperate or it feels too hard or gummy. I sat down in the stylist chair and she actually consulted with me on how I would like my hair to look and discussed my hair concerns with me. She was very knowledgeable and at the end, she asked me if I would be willing to try a new product the store was carrying. I figured, I can always go home and wash it out if it didn’t work. This product is light weight, but it made my hair look like my hair just fuller and there was no hard patches or gumminess. Unfortunately, the store just had started carrying the product and were already sold out. I’m definitely going back to Ashlyn for my next cut and to get the product she tried out on me for my personal use!
