I never can remember her name, but she was about to clock out and go home until we came in. She said she didn't mind staying cause my 17 year old son was needing a cut. She nailed it, even got him to talk to her a little. She has went other places a few times but has managed her way back, corporate needs to find this lady and year her right.

My wife brought our kids in the great clips on Hartley bridge rd payed 70.00 for them to mess all their hair up. We won't ever come back to another great clips

The girl cut my hair uneven and did not check it at all. I left with a wet head that was a mess. I also purchased some hair product for curly hair that was no good. And I paid alot more for my cut that was advertised. Very disappointed with them.

I told the lady I wanted my hair shoulder length and she gouged my hair so bad. I've never worn my hair this short!! I don't know if she didn't hear me and but I showed her the picture and I said shoulder length. You have to listen to your customers. I will never go back!!

I Been Using Great Clips For Alittle Bit Now It's A Great Place To Get A Haircut I Came In Today And Got A Haircut And Ms.Ciara Welcomed Me In And Cut My Hair And Did A Fantastic Job And I Will Be Using Her Moving Forward Thanks Again Ms.Ciara For The Great Cut!!!

I like the haircut and the stylist was nice however, she made me feel very rushed. There was one person ahead of me which was a no show and two other people the were after me. There was another stylist working as well. She attempted to let me know 3 time she was fished by reaching for the cape. I had to ask for the interior of my hair to be cut. The 2nd time to cut the front and the 3rd time to even up my Bob in the front. I remember names and I will not go to her next time. I paid with a coupon and I gave here a tip.

I don’t know if these people are licensed or just are employed for fun. My son looks like a 80’s reject after a fade gone wrong haircut. There was a man and 2 ladies there and the older lady definitely went to Edward Scissor Hands School 🤦‍♀️ what is happening at these places?! Stick to the real barbershop 💈 this is absolutely ridiculous. Good thing dad took him because……….
