Im from out town i Stopped in on a Sunday to grab some parts to repair my trailer that had sheared the studs clean off at the hub , met Mr Mark West he assured me the trailer would be safe while I went to grab a new wheel from the tractor supply in perry , by the time I returned he had it completely repaired an ready for the tire , 10 out of 10 best experience ive ever had at an orileys, I will forever be greatful for his outstanding costumer service, I was able to get back on the road with a quickness , highly recommend this location Mark West is the man ! Without him I would be still working on that hub , do your business here you will be happy you did.

I was an hour and a half from home when I shredded the serpentine belt on my V10. Joe & Joey were outstanding: getting me a replacement from the back, the tools I needed, printing a belt routing sheet and even coming out to check on me & tell me they were rooting for me. They were courteous & professional. They are two great examples of what true customer service is and are commended by me for that!!
