I took my son to this location and it was a horrible experience…. My son wanted a very basic haircut and we showed her a picture and all… she clearly didn’t have the experience to do it.. The reason I’m writing this review is because I was treated horribly when I came back the next day to get it fixed, I stood at the door for 10 mins without being greeted.. I told her I would like to speak to the manager or have someone else do my sons hair and she said the manager would be coming in at 10:00 o’clock .. 45 mins go by and the manager never came in … she told me I guess the manager isn’t coming in today… so she asked if she could fix it . I told I wasn’t comfortable with her doing it because she was the reason it looks like this in the first place .. so I just left .. I never got asked if I wanted a refund or got an apology … she didn’t seem to care and had a horrible attitude. I WOULD never take my children here ! I posted pictures below.. as you can see it was very choppy not well blended and very uneven .. I had to take him to a professional to get it fixed.. My son was very upset with this hair . He was to embarrassed to go to school.. I would have handled it that day.. but when she finished his hair it was soaking wet so I didn’t notice until I got home. I believe her name was Anna or Annie something like that .

Seems that at the time I went, there were only 2 stylists available and I was first in line. After 12 minutes, the stylists called me and she did a very good job. The store is clean and has ample parking.

From start to finish, Mela ensured I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked me through each step, asking thoughtful questions to better understand my needs. I appreciated how she explained the products as she used them, and even reminded me about them again at checkout—which ultimately convinced me to make a purchase. The salon itself was clean, professional, yet had a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Most importantly, I walked out with a fantastic cut at a great value. Highly recommend!

Won’t be coming here again. Went online and joined the lineup. I was on deck for next cut but they kept prioritizing others who were in the shop saying they didn’t know how to get in the lineup. Only 1 hair cutter. Other was in the back and hair cutter said she didn’t know why second cutter was not coming out to help. Total mess

Was trying to get a quick buzz cut on my lunch break, and they only had 2 girls on the floor. I was also next in line, and they called out the gentleman that was behind me in line, and that pissed me off greatly. Shouldn't matter if the guy has a specific stylist of the one in front has any stylist as his request, then he should be before. I don't know if I will even go back to this location to try it.

Awesome and very friendly staff that does a great job. I was running behind today and came in close to closing time but Kim was kind enough to stay a little late to accommodate me. Definitely recommend this establishment and will return.

Came in to this location in covington ga at 5:15 and was told that they were only taking online haircuts and the store is open until 6pm. I come here at this time to get my haircut because it's after work o my way home. The two ladies that were cutting was more wanting to go home on time

Ever since my first time at this location and today I have had the best experience. Staff is always polite and helpful. I will continue to return for the foreseeable future! Keep up the great work!
