Very inconsistent, some cuts are decent, some are not. None of them are exactly what I want because they won't go short enough on the side for a good military haircut.

To be honest, I’ve been here for the last three years every two weeks. Never had a bad experience but today takes the cake. I signed in online and was sitting at the location while three other people walked in who signed up online after me and all three were serviced before me 🤯 Why? That makes absolutely no sense and doesn’t value peoples time who already sit there signed up to get their haircut before three people, and the lady just decides that all three are getting their haircut before me who was already sitting at the location? To be honest, this was the last time for me over here. This is ridiculous.

This place is great and near my home. Natalie is fantastic. She's earned a customer. Very accommodating and friendly. I will continue coming here. I will call ahead to see if she is working. Only want her as my barber. She is a great stylist. My last haircut was exactly what I wanted. Was told if I want Natalie to continue, to call ahead on the day I planned on coming in to see if Natalie is working. That way I can have Natalie as my stylist. Wanda is my second choice as a stylist. She's as good as Natalie.

I had a great experience here today. I was a walk-in and was seen immediately. The staff was friendly and polite. I got a medium fade haircut with a hard part and the woman who cut my hair did an excellent job. If I'm in the area again, I will return.

The online appointment won't work for me. A month ago I did a walk in for my granddaughter because the online wasn't working for me but was working for others. It wouldn't work for me again today. It said online appointments temporarily unavailable. So I called and they said it's working for others. I wasn't offered any suggestions or assistance. I don't want to go there and the first question after the greeting, will be did you register online. There will be 5 customers ahead of me. Time to find another salon.

Keshia did a great job fixing my hair after someone else messed up my hair at another place.
