The young man, sales associate was very helpful and found me a charger for my phone. I told him the charger was pricey and he did a price match/comparison online. He gave me the price that Walmart had it listed online. Very grateful for his awesome customer service!

Horrible service with the new self service. Machine double charged me. I had another copy job to do...15 pages and the guys says you can go back to the Machine and do it or wait until 6pm. A simple print job like that shouldn't have been a big issue, but he wanted me to go back to the same Machine that just double charged me. These companies are getting crazy with the self-checkout...self help stuff. I guess we will be looking for another company to do our printing now.

Stood right in front of the customer service desk with 2 employees behind it, and both of them just walked off with stuff in their hands, actively avoiding looking at me. Will definitely just be ordering anything I need from a different store or online now. Terrible employees working here.

Extremely rude salesman. He refused to help me. I needed help understanding how to use their printer in order to purchase printed copies of documents. I asked him three times to show me how to get it to work and he refused.

So we found a computer and had to order it. Stated they would call when it came in. Of course that didn’t happen. My wife gets the tracking on the computer from the computer company saying it has been shipped and was there ant the store. She goes to the store to get the computer. She had already called the day before to tell them we wanted to get the anti virus and Microsoft loaded on it. After another $300 dollars, The man at Office Depot told her to just go get some lunch and he would get it loaded up on the computer.. My wife returns with no one at the computer service station with no one watching the loading which had stopped loading and no one knew because no one was watching it They then had to get on the phone with the tech support to get the programs loaded. After 3 HOURS finally got the computer done. They didn’t offer my wife a place to sit, she went and found a comfy office chair and sat down, or a discount for the inconvenience. The workers almost beat my wife out the door headed to the back once it was finally done. Terrible customer experience, but that is Albany, Ga for you! Then they send a generic response about email this address with your review and name and telephone number. The email address is not even a valid email address according to Google or Microsoft!!! Got to love it! Customer service e at its finest. Office Depot could care less! 😡😡

I commend the tech associate as well as the other associates who assisted with my purchase. Again, all involved were user friendly, and I will return and recommend Office Depot to all of my friends and family. Also, I like that the store is nice and quiet. No big crowd where you sometimes lose a customer because of so much traffic. I feel comfortable and relax to know I don't have to rush, and that my needs will be met, attentively.

These people so sorry at the printing center. No type of customer service, employees on the phone with airpod in ear the entire time while at work, not communicating with customers, plus my prints came out wrong and all they told me was they're going to cancel my order. Just shut the whole store down!!!
