Deanna Hance made it all come together for us. We spent 3 1/2 weeks last spring looking for that perfect place. We drove up and down the Gulf coast and looked at dozens of homes in as many towns and in 5 counties. As real estate agents my wife and I knew we needed to look far and wide for what we wanted. We called Deanna off of a sign at one of her listings and she was happy to meet us there on short notice for a showing. Although the showing went well and her knowledge and enthusiasm was good, that property wasn't a fit. She had another close by property (on the water!!) that she was preparing to list ... and she obtained permission from the owners for an exclusive preview. That girl nailed it! Lindsey Mounsey-Cummins was our realtor and she did a fantastic job selling our home. She took the time to explain everything and list our house accordingly.
