Absolutely great customer service! from the minute my husband & I walked in this location , we were greeted with a smile. We previously had AT& T but couldn’t get 5 G in our area paying high dollar for dropped calls & we had to sit outside to talk on our phones at our home, wouldn’t work inside our house etc etc since moved here. Kaylee, /Kylee she was super knowledgeable mapping out where we are located and hooked us up, she is a very patient lady & with all our questions that we had & honestly, she answered some of our questions before we even asked, really! She knows her job! What a bright young lady very friendly & patient as well. She Made it so …easy for us to get set up. I would highly recommend this place for not just quick service , but knowledgeable/professional service. Thank you Kaylee for such great customers service. keep up the great work going above & beyond to satisfy your customers.

Stopped into this T-Mobile to add my fiancé onto my account. The store Manager Orlando was amazing! He was helping us while also multitasking for another customer. He told me the options and the set up was very easy. He handled the traded in and switch from one company to T-Mobile with ease. Also, giving me three lines (one for free) with all devices on them. He was truly amazing and will definitely ask for Orlando again! He was very knowledgeable.

I came in to cancel a line that I had forgotten to transfer to my new provider, and I was already frustrated from having issues logging into and even finding my account. When I walked in, Ron treated me with complete professionalism—no indifference, no prejudice, just a great attitude. He quickly called T-Mobile support, handled everything for me, and even updated my account number and PIN. He made the process simple and stress-free. Ron treated me so well and did his job so effectively that I actually considered going back to T-Mobile. Thank you, Ron!

Orlando and Alinnya (sp) were especially helpful. The store was packed but between the two of them they managed to service everyone in a timely manner. This is my favorite T-Mobile store. Helpful and patient especially with the elderly non technical client.

The reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. Other stores just try to sell you a new phone. These representatives help you get your phone working properly, without charging you for it!

The only issue I have is when I returned to the same place we got our service. We wanted to return our wifi. And I had a problem with my phone. One thing I have learned is never assume! Never asume if you buy and return are at the same place. Extremely inconvenient!

Been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. I had one line and wanted to added my 80 year old mother so she can have a phone. Visited this store to find myself content that the manager said it would only cost $35 additional monthly. And we got a free phone! So, as the first bill came in it was $157. I was like what? I paid for my phone only $55. Well adding $55 plus $35 to my knowledge is $90. Plus $10 tax or so. So the total should be $100. I called the store and spoke to the manager. Told him the situation. He said he made a mistake and the additional phone was $55. Okay, like just pay the additional $20 no problem to these people. Okay, so why is the bill $157? "Oh" he said that is a mistake also. It should be only $130. So he deducted the $27 off the bill....because he messed up! But the real kicker is when I called him the first time explaining the situation he promised a $100 credit. Great, at least it's something. Well, I get the bill and see no credit for $100. I called him back and he denied the promise of offering a $100 credit. I am so upset with this, that i want to change carriers. I even called customer service and they were pleasantly unhelpful....what a shock! Well I will see about changing carriers soon.
