As petty as it sounds I have to leave some feedback after the 3rd time I just wanted a sub for lunch and it was this painful… today, No joke, I waited 25 mins with 3 people in found of me to get a sub at lunch. It was pathetic how long it took. Not to mention they used the cutting knife to open a box and I had to stop the person from using it on my sandwich… like 0 food knowledge doing that. The last 2 times I went, they had this dude that no doubt makes everyone he interacts with feel uncomfortable make it and was easily as slow and I think he’s never made a sandwich until the first day I was there… This place is awesome for lunch but getting a sub there is a truly painful experience. No way I’m doing that to myself ever again and if you do, bring a lawn chair to sit in while you wait. Management needs to know and at risk of looking like a Karen, I had to leave a review.

Need to always make sure produce is fresh some tend to look terrible. Also need to fix the bathroom doors where ppl can’t be looking thru the cracks while you’re trying to do your business! 👀 😵‍💫

You would think a small town in the south would have friendly employees. Think again. The registered employees at this Ingles establishment are unfriendly, rude, and act like you are an inconvenience to them. I have been in this store countless times and have been in or have seen situations where they have been outright rude to their customers. Came in one afternoon and asked the register lady a question while I was checking out. She didn't speak with her words she just shook her head. If she did answer she talked very low and looked annoyed if I asked her to repeat herself. Flat-out terrible manners and bad customer service. Some of them will never end with a have a good day or anything. They will hand you the receipt and want you to move on with your life. If you ever stop and want to look in the cosmetic area the workers will hover over you and act like you’re stealing. A disappointment to encounter a grocery store that you regularly attend. Might just end up going elsewhere.
