Great Clips

My boys and I have been patronizing this Great Clips for 10 years now. We always have Gwen cut our hair. She always does an excellent job. She’s just a wonderful person. Thank you Gwen for always taking care of us.

It was my first time here and I am very disappointed. I carefully explained that I wanted all the dead ends cut, layered and angled in a V shape with the point in the back. She said she understood. What I recieved was a chop job, not angled, not even and I still have dead ends. Looks and feels like she missed the middle of the back and just chopped the sides. Definitely one of the worst cuts I've ever had. The only good thing is that it will grow back.

I usually despise getting my haircut, but this time is was amazing! Sky did an amazing job cutting my hair and the probably my best hair cut in the last 5 years. She was great! She did everything I asked and even recommended some things that worked out even better.

I came into great clips after not having my hair cut in 9 months. I was quickly greeted by the staff who made me feel welcome! Jason is the stylist I had and he was great. He made sure I felt comfortable and that I loved my hair before I left! He also has great conversation which I appreciate because I love to chat! I will always return to this location. Very clean as well.

Getting my haircut at this location is always the best! I worked a very long day and wasn't sure if I was going to have enough time to get myself and my kids hairs cut. The stylists at this shop went above and beyond and stayed late to get all 3 of ours hair cut. They didn't rush and it turned out as great as it always does. Huge kudos to Gwen and Azalaya!! Keep up the good work!

My Sister got her hair cut by Azzy, and she was curious, friendly and did a fantastic job!!!

Sandra did a great job cutting my hair as always. Got me in first as soon as the store opened. Excellent customer service. And she even found a few hairs out of place before I left the store and made sure to take care of them before I left. Thank you, Sandra!

I came here today 02/02/25 I had called prior to going in because I had a coupon for 14.99 and I had asked if I can use it to come in I was told yes. Now make sure if you have a coupon it's strictly for the location you go to as they will not honor it eventhough your told you can and they had it on their facebook page that was brought out today. And evenyone that was in there getting a haircut was charged differently i was charged $24.99 a person that left before I was done was $40 and another person that came in to get a price was told $22.00. I did my checkin online showed up only waited about 15min no biggie. The lady that did my hair did a good job I love my new haircut my husband even liked it. I didn't get her name sadly but she was very gentle and took her time as I have extremely thick hair and it always takes awhile to cut it. As I'm sitting getting my hair cut one of the ladies/employees were telling the other hairstylist 30min ladies then 15min later she says again 15min ladies and we're done. And said it while other customers in the salon. I understand you'd like to go home and I was your last customer but don't be announcing how long everyone has left on their shift it makes the customers feel like they have to be rushed and the lady that was doing my hair I feel she needed to hurry and had to get the other hairstylist next to her to help and finish my hair. I also heard another stylist talking how they all did good today and they were there just to make the money. I've been a manager before but I would never announce how long anyone has to get the job done and leave. I gave a 3 star because the lady that did my hair did a good job but once the other stylist starting announcing how much long they had on their shifts is drawing me away. I've been to this location before for my son a few months ago and the experience was better the first time and had no issues. I guess I'll remember to go when they first open or in the middle of the day not an hour before they close eventhought you check in online I'd advise to go in when they first open or afternoon don't go 1 1/2 before they close cause you'll probably get the same experience i did today. Also as my experience in retail the last 21 yrs the customers are always right and always come first even if it's close to closing time you wouldn't like if you were rushed going to a business. Employees are there to help others not only be there for the money. I may or may not come to this location I may find somewhere else next time.
