I dropped my battery off to be tested and charged. I was told it would take an hour. I came back after 3 hrs to pick it up. I was told it was a bad battery and wouldn’t hold a charge. I took the battery back to where it was purchased to get a replacement.(it was originally bought 2/25) when I arrived to the company it was purchased from they then tested it and it was fully charged and holding a charge. I will never do business with in this location again.

Place is great. Staff cool, helpful and rex is the man. Needed a battery. Helped put it in and everything. Thought I was gonna be borrowing some tools to put it in on my own. Thanks again. I can't remember your name to the employee that helped me and I'm so sorry. You were awesome if you ever see this.

Incompetent employees. Ordered a part to be delivered the next day at ten, they never put the order in. States it would be in by 1130 by re ordering the part and when I get there they didn’t even deliver the right part. Waste of time.

O'Reilly's is probably the best place to stop if your having car problems and need parts or anything car related. Me and a group of friends were traveling across the US and started having car trouble about halfway through. We stopped in not entirely sure what was even wrong and they where extremely helpful. They came out and helped us figure out the problem and had us on the road within a hour. Highly recommend

Called 2 times asked to hold asked not to be put on hold and still did just to cancel a order
