Wendy is a fantastic hair stylist. She gave me a great haircut and made the experience enjoyable, by sharing a bit about herself and showing genuine interest in getting to know me. What really stood out, and something I've never encountered in years of getting haircuts, was how she explained the way my unique cowlick or hair whorls affect how I should apply styling products. It was insightful, easy to understand, and made a lot of sense. On top of a great cut, I walked away with valuable, personalized advice. I'll definitely be back to see Wendy again!

Very disrespectful staff. It doesn't matter if you make a reservastion. I've gone a few times, one time the stylist put off the reservation for a break. I get people work hard and need breaks, so I waited. Another time, I asked for a basic hair cut, and the lady just kept asking what number I wanted. The haircut was terrible and they gave it to me for free. Recently, they put off my reservation to take a walk up. I arrived 2 min before my appointment and she had just seated the other guy and I would have had to wait 20-30 min. I asked, what's the point of making a reservation if the sylist is just going to keep bumping it for whatever reason, and was given a "yea, that's what happens" as an answer. If you want a place that does cuts like a child's paint by numbers art project, or a place that doesn't care about you or your time, this is the place. Otherwise, go someplace else and get treated like a human being.

I went here today and the lady told me I would have to pay $20 more for having long hair just to cut it straight across and because I'm a woman. I told her if my hair was short or long, you're still making a straight cut across. Then she said it is $30 for new clients and then she charge $10 more because they normally cut men's hair. So it went from $50 to $40. I told her that's ok, I'll just go somewhere else. Please stop the lies and be serious.

7:23 p.m. To be exact, the lady should train her on what customer service means. Since I arrived, she was very aggressive, to the point that she raised her voice, at that moment without saying more I left the place. She had a bad day?

First and last time we go here, while the staff was nice, my son ended up with very short hair, after we asked for a trim, the back of his neck had cuts. It was not worth the 30. He already struggles with anxiety at school, this just made it worse, I can’t remember the lady, but she seemed more older than the other lady’s. I even explained it to her, but she kept using numbers. Who assumes all customers know that? He no longer has his wavy bangs, which I said only trim to the eyebrows, it was so short.

The person that cut my hair was very kind As for cutting well… When I left it looked ok and she put some gel in hair to mask the mistakes Didn’t know how to fade Made my cow licks more viable then ever Trimmed only front top and left back clumpy The person needs more experience Thank hour grows back I can not find a decent place around southern Orange County for haircut

Windy at sports clips did an amazing job on my hair 10 out of 10 would go there again just for her!
