DG Market

The good news and then the disappointing news. This was perhaps the most well organized and clean DG I have ever visited. Aisles were clear and seemed much wider than most other DGs. Now the disappointment. I was headed to the restroom and was met with handwritten "Out of Order" signs posted on not one but both restroom doors. Seemed semi-permanent as it was very neatly taped. I've gotta call you out on this. I can understand maybe one out of order, but BOTH Did you have a shoddy contractor / plumber or is the staff just too lazy to properly care for the restrooms? I really hope it's the former and not the latter. So has anyone ever used the restrooms at this location, is there a secret DG Restroom Club? Please do better, your store is too nice for this.

We needed to go in and shop for a few things and needed the restroom and there were handmade signs that BOTH restrooms were out of order so we left. This has gotten ridiculous that a shopper can't use the restroom when desperately needed! We won't be going back.

Busy store. Need to have more than one employee working at all times. Customers who don’t know what they are doing with charge cards hold up the line. People should have to pass a test before they are issued charge cards. If the receipt printer is down, the cash register cannot be used. This is stupid software design. A mere lack of printer paper could cause this. The entire store is crippled with resulting loss of business. DG needs to demand that their software vendor correct this.

Need to learn about better customer service. Was just there and sign said Brian was in charge and the was 1 register open as always and there was a long line Brian was outside walks in and sees the line and says oh my walks back out then comes in and opened the cigarette case grabs something and walked right back out then a few moments later comes back in opens the case again. Then finally decides to open the other register. Update has gotten a lot better. Everyone is so friendly 👍👍

The sign outside stated the store closed at 10pm. I tried to shop at 9:00 and the employees said they were closed after, waiting 15 minutes for someone to see us. If your gonna close early put a sign showing. I also tried to call the store 3 times and not a single time someone answered.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. There were a few stockers and when they noticed I was having a hard time finding a can opener they were quick to ask and assist. Keep up the amazing customer service guys is much appreciated!

Worst Dollar General I've ever been to. It's absolutely disgusting inside and out! The shelves are half bare and boxing was everywhere. Customers had to move junk just to get through lanes... ridiculous!

This small store had what I needed which was great. Went in to get Icy Hot back patches for back pain. They were very helpful and professional. Didn't want to travel 15 miles to a large store.
