0/10 experience. I visited the store to return two pairs of rental shoes for my son, one day past the due date. We fully expected to pay a late fee. The rental was under my father’s name because we had just gotten married over the weekend, and things were hectic. However, the store manager, Michael, was extremely unprofessional. I’m assuming he missed his early morning Xanax or something, not sure. From the moment I arrived, he raised his voice and spoke to me with hostility, repeatedly stating that I had signed a legal contract and that I would owe additional fees because the delivery truck had already left. I calmly reiterated that I was willing to pay whatever late fee was required, this was never a dispute. When I chose to remove myself from the situation and walked to my car, he followed me outside and called me an inappropriate name, his face was just as crimson as the tide. My wife and son were with me, and we felt genuinely unsafe by his aggressive behavior. I asked him multiple times to return inside, as there was no need for further interaction. I was quite simply terrified. This type of conduct is unacceptable from anyone, much less a store manager representing a company. I have already contacted corporate regarding this incident and hope it is addressed promptly. May god bless his soul and heal that man!

I came in and it took 5 minutes for me just to be attended, I then got locked inside the fitting room and had to bang on the door to get an attendant. I hope he is now fired I did not get his name. Will NOT be coming back. And did I fault to mention he said it would be tailored and ready in 1 week. ITS BEEN 3!!!

I will never be using this Men’s Wearhouse ever again!! I was in town for family weekend taking my little brother to get a suit so he would have one for his fraternity initiation when all came crashing down. The staff was so rude to my little brother and made fun of him for his weight, telling him he’s too big for any suit they have and told us they will not tailor him a suit because it would take to long for them. I am furious with this experience and even more livid that my little brother had to experience this. They will never be getting my service ever again and I advice the same for all of you

I needed to get some help there and the whole staff was sitting down and on their phones ignoring me until I spoke up. That will definitely be first and last time going there. Plus, everything seems to be very overpriced in every way.

42 miles one way for $488.99 for a nice jacket and pants. Jacket was not right. They are fixing it, but the more I wait and think, I should have just got my money back.

Staff is rude and very unhelpful. I called a day before to make sure this location carried what we needed. The man who answered the phone acted like I was inconveniencing him, told me to speak to his assistant manager (Trina) when they open at 10am the following day, and rushed to hang up. Arrived at 10am the following day, Trina was rude and dismissive. Customers are not a priority here and it shows.

I walked In and described the fit and color of the suit they were offering. The attendant said they didn’t carry that item even though it said it was in stock online I had the attend check in the back and he was gone for 20+ minutes and came back with nothing safe to say I won’t be back anytime soon!
